What can I list for rent on Throne Rental?

You can list any goods, services or venues. See our terms of service for exclusion. Follow your local and federal laws- nothing illegal. Nothing that violates others including animals, no Weapons, Drugs, or Sexual Activity.

What is Throne Rental?

Throne Rental is an open marketplace platform that facilitates the rental of items between the customer and the lister/renter. Customer receives service from renter, not Throne Rental directly.

Verification and Protection

To verify user is real, we use Google, and Facebook verification. All transactions are protected through Paypal and Stripe, they are trusted verified online payment processors. Always ask to see the Identification of clients.

How long is the rental period?

The rental period is the time period in agreement between the Renter and Rentee. For an agreeable experience, respect each other’s time and property.

Are there any fees associated with using Throne Rental

Your first listing on Throne Rental is free. To list more items and services is $14.99/month or $149.99 yearly. When a booking is processed on throne rental, we keep 7% on the transaction.

How to pay?

You can pay via our online system. You can input your credit card and bank account information from our dashboard. We discourage workingswith clients outside of the system, for safety purposes.

Can I negotiate prices?

Contact listers directly for price negotiation.

When do I get paid?

Once a transaction is complete, your earning will be deposited directly into your bank account within 3- 5 business days.

What happens if my item is damaged?

Listers are required to take a time stamped photo from the moment just before the exchange and just as the item is returned. The timestamped photo should be reserved to be submitted, if there’s a dispute. Please call the authorities if your item is stolen. Supply them with all correspondence records.

How long before I receive my rental?

At the time of reservation, the Renter and Rentee will enter into an agreement of the date/time item is expected.

What happens if client wants to cancel, after booking, before their event?

Clients are encouraged to contact Renters as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable after 24-hour period. Dispute with merit will receive a refund.

What are my responsibilities as a rental provider on Throne Rental?

The role of the rental provider is provide goods, services or space rental to clients on Throne Rental. To be genuine, punctual and respectful to the members on Throne Rental. This is a platform that relies on everyone to respectful of everyone’s time and properties. We do not dictate how Rental providers run their business. we just monitor our platform to build a trusting community.

Is my financial information safe with Throne Rental?

Yes, We work with both Paypal Stripe who stores all of your information in their system. Both platforms have handled billions in transactions and are very secure.

What protection does Throne Rental offer?

Though we do not yet offer insurance. We do plan on offering insurance in the near future. For now, we retain a deposit on any item, service or venue. The deposit is paid by the client to the renter. Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Renters are required to submit their federal identification to ensure that clients are doing business with a verified user.

I’ve paid my deposit, what happens now?

As a Renter you pay with your credit card using our secure payment gateway. The credit card payment is held in escrow until the delivery is successfully made and both Rental Provider and Client have confirmed that service was rendered. As a Rental Provider, once delivery confirmation happens, payment is released from escrow and securely deposited into your bank account.

What happens if the Rental Provider does not show up with the good or service after you placed a payment?

Keep all communications between Rental Provider and client on the Throne Rental messaging app. Try getting in touch with the Rental Provider first. Then contact us immediately if the Rental Provider becomes unresponsive. We will return your money to you as long as you reach out to us within the hour. We also recommend that you pay after seeing the product or space. Keep documentation on all interactions between clients and Rental Provider.
