Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear on our chairs. If however, tear in the fabric or damage that occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. allowing kids to jump on the chairs) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the chair etc which can cost hundreds of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial a contract.

Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Yes. We give you 2-3 hour timeframe for drop off and 1 to 1/2 hour timeframe for pick up.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call you 24 to 48 hours to inform you of a much earlier delivery.
Please read the description of the throne you're interested in. All throne chairs have their measurements listed. Kid and petite thrones can fit in any 4-door sedans. Single high back thrones need an SUV or larger. Double settee throne chairs must be transported in a pick up truck or box truck.
No. We clean the throne ourselves and shrink wrapped them after each cleaning.
When we have availability, we can allow clients access to the throne early without charging an extra day fee.

Generally, the downpayment is non-refundable 24 hours after booking. The remainder of the balance is due 14 days before the event. If client cancels 7 days before the event, client will receive partial refund or raincheck to use another day.

Yes, customer pick up is available. Choose the pick up option at check out.
We changed our chairs periodically. New chairs come in at least once a month, to keep our inventory fresh.
We can set up on indoor or outdoor on asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks, grass, dirt or areas where our throne can sink or are unsteady.

We want our chairs to be an exciting part of your event. Our standard order includes use of your chosen throne chair, for 12 hours use. You have free use of a pillow or throw blanket.
